Columbus Eye Associates, PC is located on Twelfth Street in the heart of Uptown Columbus and dates back to 1890. The practice is one of the oldest surviving practices in the state of Georgia, and quality and tradition carries on at Columbus Eye Associates where all patients receive more than just a vision examination. All regular examinations include an internal exam that can detect many systemic diseases. Dr. Brian Kurtz has owned the practice since 2000, and is the only doctor at the practice. He specializes in the treatment of glaucoma, cataracts, and keratoconus, and provides high quality, in-depth eye exams using the latest technology. Dr. Kurtz regularly receives referrals for hard-to-fit contact lenses and prosthetics.
